These brunch cups are a delicious combination of savory ham, creamy cheese, and perfectly baked eggs, all nestled in flaky puff pastry. Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cheese Sauce

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to form a roux.
